Headcase

When the Dallas Society of Visual Communications invited Headcase Design to give a lecture about their work and process, I was asked to create a poster to help advertise the presentation. Headcase Design is a design firm that presented themselves as design doctors. This being my first project for the DSVC, I wanted it to memorable and solve a common issue.

Headcase Design was set to be the DSVC May speaker and May was normally the least attended meeting of the year due to the beginning of summer. Since the DSVC only sends posters to its members, I decided to create a poster that was perforated and could be shared with friends and colleagues who where not members. We printed it using a Metal FX printing process that allowed for a more realistic outcome. Photo courtesy of Jeremy Sharp.
